Refund/Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to Roo Industries India remote PC optimization bookings made through rooindustries.in.
Roo Industries India sells remote digital services. No physical product is shipped. A booking covers the selected online optimization session and related preparation or follow-up support.
Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling before work begins by emailing serviroo@rooindustries.com with the booking email, package name, and scheduled slot.
If Roo Industries cannot deliver the booked session or cancels before service begins, the customer is eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Once optimization work has started, refunds are not automatic because the booked digital service time and technical work are already being delivered.
If a technical limitation prevents completion, Roo Industries may offer a reasonable reschedule, partial refund, or full refund depending on how much work was completed and the customer’s system condition.
Some advanced overclocking or XOC requests depend on motherboard, cooling, CPU, GPU, RAM, and BIOS support. If a customer proceeds after being told that a part or request is unsupported, refund eligibility may be limited.
Duplicate payments, failed-payment captures, or payment errors verified by the payment provider will be refunded or reconciled to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5 to 10 business days. Final credit timing depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, UPI handle, or wallet provider.
