Roo Industries India provides remote digital PC optimization services for customers in India. Services may include BIOS configuration, Windows tuning, game-performance optimization, stability checks, and post-session guidance.

Customers select a package, reserve an available time slot, provide accurate contact and system details, and complete secure online checkout before the booking is confirmed.

A booking is confirmed only after payment is captured or a valid approved free-booking coupon is accepted.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Roo Industries reserves the right to change pricing, discounts, or offers at any time without prior notice.

India checkout is processed in INR through the payment providers enabled on the website at the time of checkout, including Razorpay-supported methods such as UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets where available.

Customers must provide accurate PC specifications, booking details, billing/contact information, and remote-session availability. Customers are responsible for backing up important data before any optimization session.

Performance gains depend on the customer’s hardware, BIOS support, cooling, operating-system condition, drivers, software conflicts, game engine, and workload. Roo Industries does not guarantee a fixed FPS number or benchmark score.

Refund and cancellation handling is described in the Refund/Cancellation Policy. Customers should contact serviroo@rooindustries.com with the booking email and payment details for any refund, cancellation, duplicate-payment, or failed-payment issue.

Support is available through serviroo@rooindustries.com during the published support hours. Booking-specific support may also use the customer’s chosen support channel after confirmation.

Customers agree not to misuse the Roo Industries website. Prohibited activities include hacking, unauthorized access, spreading malware or viruses, spamming, fraudulent activity, or attempting to disrupt the website, booking flow, payment flow, or related systems.

Violation of this section may result in termination of access, cancellation of service access where applicable, and legal action.

All content on this website, including logos, images, product designs, text, graphics, page layouts, and service materials, is the property of Palash Rajput, proprietor of Roo Industries, unless otherwise stated.
